Exceptional Service

Dear Marie & Adriano Coluccio Funerals,

It was an absolute pleasure to have Marie attend Mum & Dad's home in Holdsworth Street Merrylands last week.

From the moment Marie was involved everything flowed smoothly and went according to the plan and schedule.

Marie's experience and knowledge coupled with a very personable personality makes Marie more than a highly qualified person for her position in her chosen field of work.

Marie's exceptional performance extends beyond the client/customer and also includes an array of incredible supplier relationships. Dad's funeral service could not have been arranged without the relationships Marie has with others such as the priest's, the desktop publishers, florists and singers.

On behalf of the family I would like to thank Marie for arranging such a beautiful, extremely well executed service for Dad. Marie was always available to answer questions and her responsiveness to meet critical timelines places Maries performance well above "Exemplary".

Marie introduced Adriano to me on the day of the service where Adraino passed on his personal condolences and expressed his additional heartfelt sorrow after relaying to me that Dad actually knew Adriano's father when he had a fruit shop in Merrylands. It took a while for those words to sink in, but later Monday afternoon and as a child, I always remember mum and dad talking saying things like "I just have to go past "Coluccio's" to get some fruit" or words similar to that effect. Thank you Adriano for your thoughts and kind words - I now have a better understanding of how you felt on Monday knowing my father knew your father.

The family would like to thank Adriano Coluccio Funerals for providing us and Dad with a service that allows us to retain found and proud memories of Dad. We would also like to express our gratitude and thank Giovanni for taking the podium position at the church altar immediately after the end of the church service, for taking the initiative to thank all those involved including guests on behalf of our family.

Regards,
Joe Vitale
